Order Guidelines Information
Minimums
Screen printing – We charge for a minimum of 12 prints per design. For contract customers who are providing their own garments, this means that even if there are only 4 pieces in the order we will still charge for 12 prints of each design.
For customers who are ordering garments from us, there can be a mix of garment styles (t-shirts, hoodies, tank tops, etc.) as long as the design is the same on everything and the total number of garments is a minimum of 12 pieces.
Direct-To-Film Digital Heat Transfers – This process is better suited for small orders so our minimum is actually only 1 piece or $15.00, whichever is the lesser amount.
Customers can order the heat transfers and apply them themselves (provided they have the appropriate equipment), or we can apply the transfers to the garments for an additional cost.
Embroidery – We charge for a minimum of 8 pieces per design or $20.00 whichever is the lesser amount provided that the customer has the appropriate .dst embroidery file.
Payment
We require all orders to be paid in full upon pickup or prior to shipping.
For payment we accept E-TRANSFER, CASH, DEBIT, VISA, MASTERCARD, and COMPANY CHEQUES.
WORK ORDER FORM
We ask that all orders be submitted with an Artrageous Work Order which can be downloaded from our Order Forms link.
ARTWORK & ARTWORK APPROVAL
Customer-provided or Artrageous-designed artwork will be emailed to the customer as a digital mockup on the requested garments and we will not proceed with production until the artwork is approved by the customer.
PRODUCTION TURNAROUND TIME
Our standard turnaround is 7-10 business days but there are busier times of the year when our turnaround is 10-15 business days.
The production turnaround for any given order begins when an order is given to us or when the order/artwork has been approved, whichever is later.
ORDER CHANGES
Once the digital mock-up and garment order are approved then any further changes will be subject to additional fees and may be treated as a new order. Often times we have openings in production which allow us to adjust the production schedule so orders may be completed sooner than the 2 week average. Customers should not assume that they have a 2 week window to add garments to their order before we begin production on their order.
CANCELLATIONS
All approved orders are final. If a cancellation is made it must be made within 24 hours of placing the or will be subject to a 30% restocking fee plus a partial payment covering any service already provided . Absolutely NO cancellations will be allowed if the order is already in process or any printing has been done.
*If your order is a Rush there are no changes allowed after your order has been placed.
Rush Orders
Rush orders are only available if the production schedule has room to accommodate them. Rush charges will be applied to the pre-tax total and are as follows:
- 24 Hour Turnaround - 50% surcharge.
- 2-4 Business Day Turnaround - 25% surcharge.
DAMAGES, ERRORS & WARRANTY
We do our best to ensure every garment is printed correctly but mistakes are inevitable. Customers have 48 hours to inspect and report any damages or defects with the order. Artrageous Screen Printing is not liable for any garment manufactured inconsistencies including, but not limited to, mislabeled garments, color dye irregularities, stitching errors, rips, tears or holes in garments.
We guarantee the quality of our print for 30 days from the date of invoice. This is sufficient time for any production errors to show up. Garments must be returned for inspection so we can determine if the cause of the problem was a production error (under-cured ink, wrong number on a jersey, etc.). Failure to do so within the 30 days will void any guarantee.
*Logo Placement: Please be aware that the industry standard is 1/4” tolerance in either direction. This will not be considered a misprint.
